10/10 Experience – Highly Recommend!

I recently bought a second-hand car from Jay at Onyx Auto Limited, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went.

From the very beginning, Jay's communication was outstanding, always quick to reply, super friendly, and incredibly patient. I had loads of questions (some probably a bit silly), but he never seemed annoyed and kept me updated throughout the whole process with messages, photos, and videos.

Once I decided on the car, he took care of everything: all the paperwork, MOT, tyre checks, oil and coolant levels, even replaced the battery and gave the car a proper clean. He asked if I needed any extras and made sure it was in perfect condition before pickup.

Collecting the car was really easy, everything was ready and stress-free.

I would 100% recommend Onyx Auto Limited. Jay will definitely be my go-to mechanic and where I’ll take the car for MOTs from now on. The service was spot-on, but what really stood out to me was the excellent communication throughout.

Was an absolute pleasure dealing with Onyx Autos really friendly and helpful every step of the process. Jay even took the time to take a video of the whole car showing all Tyres, brakes and underneath prior to us viewing it so we knew what we was getting. The car has been great !! Can’t recommend enough.
